MicroSaaSFast Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

By using MicroSaaSFast you confirm your acceptance of, and agree to be bound by, these terms and conditions.

2. Agreement to Terms and Conditions

This Agreement takes effect on the date on which you first use the MicroSaaSFast software.

3. Product Description and Access

MicroSaaSFast is a code product that provides a ready-to-use boilerplate for building SaaS applications. Upon completing your purchase, you will be prompted to enter your GitHub account details. Access to the MicroSaaSFast codebase will be automatically granted to your GitHub account immediately after purchase, allowing you to start using the product right away.

4. License and Permitted Use

By purchasing the MicroSaaSFast boilerplate, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and perpetual license to use, modify, and customize the software for the purpose of building and launching your own SaaS, startup, or related project.

However, you may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the MicroSaaSFast boilerplate as a standalone product or as part of a competing boilerplate.
• Share, publish, or distribute the boilerplate's source code in a way that allows others to use it outside of your own SaaS or startup.
• Use the boilerplate to create derivative products that directly compete with MicroSaaSFast.

Any violation of these terms may result in the termination of your license.

5. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products and the immediate access provided to the codebase, the MicroSaaSFast boilerplate cannot be refunded or exchanged once access is granted to your GitHub account.

6. Disclaimer

It is not warranted that MicroSaaSFast will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or bug-free. All express and implied warranties or conditions not stated in this Agreement (including without limitation, loss of profits, loss or corruption of data, business interruption or loss of contracts), so far as such exclusion or disclaimer is permitted under the applicable law are excluded and expressly disclaimed. This Agreement does not affect your statutory rights.

The MicroSaaSFast boilerplate is provided as-is, without any warranties of security, reliability, or suitability for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the software is free of vulnerabilities, bugs, or security risks.

• You are solely responsible for conducting your own security audits, updates, and modifications to ensure the boilerplate meets your specific security and compliance needs.
• MicroSaaSFast is not liable for any security breaches, data leaks, legal compliance issues, or damages arising from your use of the software.

7. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

MicroSaaSFast does not give any warranty, guarantee or other term as to the quality, fitness for purpose or otherwise of the software. MicroSaaSFast shall not be liable to you by reason of any representation (unless fraudulent), or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, for any loss of profit or any indirect, special or consequential loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims (whether caused by MicroSaaSFast's negligence or the negligence of its servants or agents or otherwise) which arise out of or in connection with the provision of any goods or services by MicroSaaSFast. MicroSaaSFast shall not be liable or deemed to be in breach of contract by reason of any delay in performing, or failure to perform, any of its obligations if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control. Notwithstanding contrary clauses in this Agreement, in the event that MicroSaaSFast are deemed liable to you for breach of this Agreement, you agree that MicroSaaSFast's liability is limited to the amount actually paid by you for your services or software, which amount calculated in reliance upon this clause. You hereby release MicroSaaSFast from any and all obligations, liabilities and claims in excess of this limitation.

8. Responsibilities

MicroSaaSFast is not responsible for what the user does with the user-generated content.

9. Price Adjustments

As we continue to improve MicroSaaSFast and expand our offerings, the price may increase. The discount is provided to help customers secure the current price without being surprised by future increases.

10. General Terms and Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. You acknowledge that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and MicroSaaSFast as a result of your use of these services. You agree not to hold yourself out as a representative, agent or employee of MicroSaaSFast. You agree that MicroSaaSFast will not be liable by reason of any representation, act or omission to act by you.
