MicroSaaSFast Boilerplate License Agreement

Personal License: Build unlimited projects for your own SaaS or startup.
Team License: Build unlimited projects as a team for internal use.

This License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between MicroSaaSFast and you, the user ("Licensee"), regarding the use of the MicroSaaSFast coding boilerplate (the "Product") available at https://microsaasfast.me (the "Website"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Product, Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

1. Grant of License

1.1 Personal License

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, MicroSaaSFast grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable Personal License to use the MicroSaaSFast boilerplate for the following purposes:

• Create unlimited projects.
• Modify and customize the boilerplate to build and launch your own SaaS, startup, or related project for personal or commercial use.

1.2 Team License

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, MicroSaaSFast grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable Team License to use the MicroSaaSFast boilerplate for the following purposes:

• Create unlimited projects.
• Modify and customize the boilerplate as part of a team.
• Share the code only within the licensed team members for the purpose of building your startup or SaaS product.

2. Restrictions

Licensee shall not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the MicroSaaSFast boilerplate as a standalone product.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the MicroSaaSFast boilerplate.
• Use the MicroSaaSFast boilerplate to create another boilerplate or a competing product.
• Share the boilerplate with individuals or teams outside of their licensed project or organization.
• Sub-license, rent, lease, or transfer the MicroSaaSFast boilerplate or any rights granted under this Agreement.
• Make the MicroSaaSFast boilerplate publicly accessible by uploading it to an open-source repository, sharing it in public forums, or distributing it for free.
• Disclose or share the source code of MicroSaaSFast in a way that allows others to use it without purchasing a license.

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property

MicroSaaSFast retains all ownership and intellectual property rights in and to the MicroSaaSFast boilerplate. This Agreement does not grant Licensee any ownership rights in the MicroSaaSFast boilerplate—only a license to use it under the permitted terms.

4. No Guarantees on Success

The MicroSaaSFast boilerplate provides a foundation for launching a SaaS or startup, but MicroSaaSFast makes no guarantees regarding success, profitability, or performance of your business.

• The responsibility for building, marketing, securing, and scaling your SaaS product rests entirely with you, the Licensee.
• No refunds or compensation will be provided based on the success or failure of your business.

5. Security and Liability Disclaimer

The MicroSaaSFast boilerplate is provided as-is, without any warranties of security, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

• You are solely responsible for securing your application and ensuring it meets your security and compliance needs.
• MicroSaaSFast does not guarantee that the software is free from vulnerabilities or defects.
• MicroSaaSFast is not liable for any security breaches, data loss, legal compliance issues, or damages arising from your use of the software.
• It is your responsibility to perform security audits, updates, and modifications before deploying the software into production.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MICROSAASFAST SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO:

• The use or inability to use the MicroSaaSFast boilerplate.
• Business losses, lost profits, lost data, or security issues related to the boilerplate.
• Any modifications made by the Licensee.
• Third-party dependencies, integrations, or services used alongside the boilerplate.

In any case, MicroSaaSFast's total liability is strictly limited to the amount actually paid by Licensee for the Product.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United Kingdom.

8. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Licensee and MicroSaaSFast concerning the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings.
